New Year, SURPRISE ME!

I'm starting this post by wishing everyone a HAPPY NEW YEAR. This year brought me many bad moments; sometimes my life felt like a tragicomedy. It's always been like that, but 2025 was worse, haha. I really hated this year, and I hope next year will be better. I wanted to say goodbye to this year by doing something I enjoy and haven't practiced in a while, so I decided to put on makeup, feel pretty on this last day of the year, and see how much I've forgotten about makeup during this pause.

And among all the colors and options I had, I decided to use only brown since it's a color that looks quite good on me, combining well with my eyes and skin tone. I felt a little guilty for not using more colors, but I also had to keep in mind that it had been a long time since I'd worn makeup, and any risk would be terrible on a day like today. So I created a look using different shades of warm brown, some reddish browns, and in the center, a gold color with shimmery liquid eyeshadow.

This time I wasn't inspired by any photos or tutorials; I simply decided to mix some brown tones with gold in a harmonious way, and I loved the result.

Thank you to everyone who was a part of my life this year and who followed every post, every drawing, every makeup look. It's wonderful for me to read comments from people who appreciate my art in one way or another. Despite the bad times, I will always continue doing what I love and always trying to give my best. I hope you had a lovely evening, and I'll see you soon.

Beautiful ☺️. Happy 2026 to you, Alexa!
