Monomad - Brown marmorated stink bug & Glycyphana beetle
This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge
On today's post, I want to share some interesting insect photos again. There are two types of insects that I will share, both of which I found in two locations at different times. The first insect is a stink bug that I photographed a few days ago, this smelly insect is known as the "Brown marmorated stink bug".
These stink bugs from the Pentatomidae family are pests for plants, even if these stink bugs attack in large numbers, it will be very bad for the plants attacked by these stink bugs. There are many species of stink bugs that are a problem for farmers in my area, so that in certain seasons farmers choose to use insecticides to control stink bug pests.
Next, the second interesting insect is a beetle from the genus Glycyphana. This beetle is very beautiful, characterized by its predominantly brown color and yellow markings on various parts of its body. It's a shame that when I started moving the location to the branch to take more pictures of it, it actually made the beetle uncomfortable and finally it flew high into the clouds :)
