Yesterday morning, I decided to go for a jog in my hometown of Holon, and it turned out to be a great way to start the day. As I continue to work on regaining my jogging stamina, I'm happy to report that I was able to run a total of 7 kilometers this time, which is a significant improvement over my previous run.

During my jog, I came across a beautiful new flower that I had never seen before. It was fascinating to learn that it was called a Dietes bicolor, and it was a joy to see that even after all these years, there are still new flowers and plants to discover and appreciate.

On my way back home, I was lucky enough to pass by a stunning Tabebuia rosea tree that was in full bloom. The tree was so breathtaking that I couldn't resist taking some pictures of it to capture its beauty.

Overall, my jog was a perfect opportunity to practice mindfulness and reflect on the new guidelines recently released by the hivewatchers community.
