Buen día, tarde o noche. Mi objetivo con estas fotos no es generar algún tipo de polémica ni nada similar, más bien busco generar conciencia con respecto al tema del medio ambiente y la contaminación. Tal como se puede ver en las fotos publicadas.
En el poblado de Villa de Cura, el aseo presta un servicio bastante eficiente, cumple con su respectivo horario y pasa varias veces al día. Estas imagenes fueron tomadas en la avenida bolivar (la avenida principal de Villa de cura), en las que el camión de la basura pasa aproximadamente 4 veces al día desde las 8am hasta las 4pm, luego de esa hora, se va a los barrios y urbanizaciones más alejadas del area centrica. Sin embargo, existen ciertas personas no muy concientes, las cuales por cosas del trabajo llegan de 6 a 7pm a sus hogares, y para salir del paso o para no tener acumulada su bolsa de desperdicios, prefiere sacar la basura a esas horas de la noche cuando el aseo deja de pasar.
Como se puede ver en las imagenes, la basura se encuentra regada y tirada como si nada en la acera principal. Esto se debe mayormente a que los perro callejeros durante la noche olfatean algún desperdicio de comida, por lo que empiezan a romper las bolsas y rebuscar algun resto de alimento. Como también el hecho de que durante estas horas cuando ya no se encuentra nadie en la calle, algunos indigentes se roban estas bolsas de basura y vacían su contenido para darles alguna clase de uso. En ambos casos, los desperdicios quedan regados haciendo que el lugar tenga un mal aspecto en el día, generando suciedad en el ambiente, mal olor, entre otras cosas. La gente no parece importarle mucho el asunto, pues lo ven y dicen:-Los del aseo lo recogen. Algo que causa de verdad indignación, pues ellos no tienen la responsabilidad de agarrar la basura con sus manos cuando existen bolsas con las cuales la gente debe colocar su basura.
Mi recomendación ante todo esto es sacar la basura a la hora correspondiente, es decir, en caso tal de que debas salir temprano a tu trabajo (5-6am) vas a la avenida, colocas la basura y así en un par de minutos llega el aseo municipal a llevársela, evitando que algún indigente o perro haga de las suyas debido a que estas horas la gente comienza a circular por la calle y ninguno tiene chace de hacer algo. Seamos limpios, seamos concientes, cumplamos con el horario del aseo.

Good morning, afternoon or evening. My goal with these photos is not to generate some kind of controversy or anything similar, rather I seek to raise awareness regarding the issue of the environment and pollution. As you can see in the published photos.
In the town of Villa de Cura, the cleaning service provides a very efficient service, complies with its respective schedule and passes several times a day. These images were taken on Bolivar Avenue (the main avenue of Villa de Cura), where the garbage truck passes approximately 4 times a day from 8am to 4pm, after that time, it goes to the neighborhoods and urbanizations farther away from the central area. However, there are some people who are not very conscientious, who for work reasons arrive home between 6 and 7pm, and to get out of the way or to avoid having their garbage bag accumulated, they prefer to take out the garbage at that time of the night when the garbage truck stops passing by.
As you can see in the pictures, garbage is scattered and lying around on the main sidewalk. This is mostly due to the fact that stray dogs at night sniff some food waste, so they start to tear the bags and look for some leftover food. As well as the fact that during these hours when no one is on the street, some homeless people steal these garbage bags and empty their contents to give them some kind of use. In both cases, the garbage is left lying around making the place look bad during the day, generating dirt in the environment, bad smell, among other things. People do not seem to care much about the matter, because they see it and say: "The garbage collectors pick it up," something that really causes indignation, because they do not have the responsibility to pick up the garbage with their hands when there are bags with which people should place their garbage.
My recommendation is to take out the garbage at the appropriate time, that is, in case you have to leave early for work (5-6am) you go to the avenue, put the garbage and in a couple of minutes the municipal sanitation arrives to take it away, avoiding that some homeless person or dog does his business because these hours people begin to circulate on the street and no one has the chace to do something. Let's be clean, let's be conscientious, let's comply with the cleaning schedule.
