Hoy salí a hacer muchas diligencias al centro de mi ciudad, Maturín Venezuela. Fui junto con mi esposo a muchos lugares, cuando íbamos pasando por una avenida llama “avenida Bolívar”, veo que hay un montón de cuadros preciosos; al principio quise detenerme, pero como íbamos a llenar el tanque de gasolina de nuestra moto, tuvimos que seguir, sin embargo, al regreso pudimos pararnos un momento en tan bella exposición.
Today I went out to do many errands in the center of my city, Maturín Venezuela. I went to many places with my husband, when we were going through an avenue called “Avenida Bolívar”, I see that there are a lot of beautiful paintings; At first I wanted to stop, but since we were going to fill the gas tank of our motorcycle, we had to continue, however, on the way back we were able to stop for a moment in such a beautiful exhibition.

La avenida Bolívar se presta para presentar obras de arte, porque es un camino lleno de árboles, hay mucha sombra, aunque el sol estaba inclemente se sentía la frescura en el ambiente, el hecho de que hubiera pinturas en medio de la avenida le daba un aire fresco y pintoresco.
Despite the fact that the weather has been very hot, I decided to take a walk through that exhibition for a moment. Bolívar avenue lends itself to presenting works of art, because it is a path full of trees, there is a lot of shade, although the sun was inclement, the atmosphere was fresh, the fact that there were paintings in the middle of the avenue gave it a fresh and picturesque air.
Me gusta mucho el arte, desde mi infancia me gusta dibujar, a lo largo del tiempo he hecho muchos cuadros a carbón, hace poco quise adentrarme en el mundo de los colores y realicé rostros y cuerpos a color. No soy experta en arte, pero he podido aprender técnicas y he tenido buenos amigos que estuvieron dispuestos a enseñarme cómo podía perfeccionar cada trazo, uno de ellos es mi papá; él es escultor, hace hermosos cuerpos y animales utilizando madera, los talla delicadamente y el resultado es hermoso.
I really like art, since my childhood I like to draw, over time I have made many charcoal paintings, recently I wanted to delve into the world of colors and I made faces and bodies in color. I am not an art expert, but I have been able to learn techniques and I have had good friends who were willing to teach me how I could perfect each stroke, one of them is my dad; he is a sculptor, he makes beautiful bodies and animals using wood, he carves them delicately and the result is beautiful.
En el recorrido de hoy, alcancé a contar como 20 cuadros, todos bellísimos; habían de atardeceres, flores, rostros, paisajes, lagos, aves, carreteras que parecían no tener un final. Hablé con el encargado de cuidar los cuadros y me dijo que eran obra de los alumnos de una escuela de arte de la ciudad, conocida como “la casa de la cultura”, pocas veces tuve la oportunidad de ir a esas instalaciones, recuerdo vagamente que es un auditorio muy bonito y amplio.
In today's tour, I managed to count about 20 paintings, all of them beautiful; there were sunsets, flowers, faces, landscapes, lakes, birds, roads that seemed to have no end. El señor que estaba encargado de los cuadros me comentó que toda esa exposición se debía a que hoy 10 de mayo es día del artista plástico, sinceramente no recordaba que hoy se conmemoraba tan loable labor, pero si me acuerdo muy bien la historia detrás de este día.
Tal fecha de debe al nacimiento de uno de los mejores artistas de antaño del país, llamado Armando Reveron, cuando estaba en mi niñez mi papá me contó la historia. Resulta que este personaje tuvo una infancia llena de abandono por parte de sus padres, aun así, tuvo gran preparación desde temprana edad hasta su adultez, asistiendo escuelas de artes de Europa, gracias a una tía, y un primo que lo instruyó en el mundo del arte; lamentablemente tuvo problemas psiquiátricos muy fuertes, aun así, jamás abandonó el mundo del arte hasta el día de su muerte. Dejando aproximadamente 500 obras, incluso obras que se exhiben en New York. Es una hermosa historia.

Al recordar esta historia puedo ver que cada uno de los artistas que hicieron estos cuadros pueden tener un futuro exitoso si se siguen esforzando.
En fin, me encantó este día, es bonito que de manera espontánea pases por hermosos lugares que jamás se borraran de la memoria.
