Monomad: White-striped Jumper
In the calm undergrowth, I noticed a white-striped jumper (Pelegrina proterva) nimbly crawling through the leaves. Those round eyes were gleaming black, and its jaws were covered with white whiskers. Every now and then, its dark pedipalps brushed against its bushy whiskers. Its legs moved in unison through the leaves. I had no idea if the hopper was aware that I was watching it. It seemed to be aware, but perhaps it was ignoring it. That was a good thing, as it allowed me to shoot freely with my phone's camera.
