Monomad: Lipotriches

I always see sweat bees every time I pass the Lhokseumawe city reservoir. Having a kind of special sense, I can always see them perched on the weeds along the right and left sides of the road there. Unlike most bees, sweat bees are smaller, and some are too small to be seen with the naked eye. You won't find them in the morning or midday, because they only hang out there in the afternoon. And the interesting thing about sweat bees is that they are more docile than other bee species. None of them will hurt you because they are not the kind of bee that stings. Another thing is that they seem aware when you shoot them, and they don't mind at all when you shoot them too close, as you can see here...

how interesting ! Do these types of bees have a role in honey production? And what color are they mostly??
