Monomad: Heavy Jumper on Rock

The heavy jumper (Hyllus diardi) is the largest and most muscular of the jumping spiders. But one thing, the spider is known for being more tranquil than the others. There is no fear in the heavy jumper when faced with strangers or similar threats. You can bluff, but don't expect him to flinch. He is confident in confronting all threats. This one is a male heavy jumper, having fewer hairs than the female. I found this specimen while taking a walk in the Meuraksa countryside, Lhokseumawe. That is an area known to be home to many types of jumping spiders. I found many there, including this heavy jumper.
