Monomad: Alone is better

One time, I spotted this bee alone. Yes, the giant resin bee tends to have a solitary life habit, unlike honey bees or sweat bees, which live in colonies. At that time, I felt gripped by a sense of loneliness. It's amazing how animals with solitary behavior can survive so well in nature. They do whatever is necessary, relying only on their abilities. They only need a partner when the desire to mate arises; otherwise, they don't. I couldn't imagine how I could survive their way. Oh, how lonely it is to live like that! But they did.

This is another entry I submitted for the daily #monomad challenge.

All these photos are my original work, taken with a Xiaomi POCO NFC smartphone and an assembled external macro lens.
