Have you ever noticed the magical beauty that hangs on the wings of a butterfly? In my own life journey, I have always followed this impressive beauty. I have attributed deep meanings to it. I have read and listened to those who have attributed deep meanings to it. For example, I have dreamt of butterflies with a lifespan of one day. The idea of fitting everything into one day... To consume, to be consumed in a day...

And there is a theory that has shaped my life: The Butterfly Effect. The owner of that theory (Edward N. Lorenz) summarizes his theory in the following sentence:

"The flap of a butterfly's wings in the Amazon Forest can cause a storm in the United States."

Bir kelebeğin kanatlarında asılı duran büyülü güzellikler dikkatinizi çekti mi? Ben, kendi hayat yolculuğumda bu etkileyici güzelliğin peşinden gittim hep. Ona derin anlamlar yükledim. Derin anlamlar yükleyenleri okudum, dinledim. Bir günlük ömürleri olan kelebekleri düşledim mesela. Her şeyi bir güne sığdırmak düşüncesi... Bir günde tüketmek, tükenmek...

Ve hayatıma yön veren bir teori var konuyla ilgili: Kelebek Etkisi. O teorinin sahibi ( Edward N. Lorenz) teorisini özetle cümleyi kuruyor:

With my love for butterflies and all the meaning attached to them, we needed to be closer to them. The butterflies that fluttered around our house were not always here. Also, they were difficult to observe because they were small in size and constantly moving. So I went to Konya Tropical Butterfly Garden.

This was opened in 2015 as the largest butterfly flight area in Europe. There are 20.000 butterflies flying inside. So I was sure that a few butterflies running away would not be a problem anymore 🙂

Kelebeklere olan sevgim ve onlara yüklenilen onca anlamdan sonra onlarla daha yakın olmamız gerekiyordu. Evimizin çevresinde uçuşan kelebekler her zaman burada olmuyorlardı. Ayrıca, küçük boyutta oldukları ve sürekli yer değiştirdikleri için incelemesi zordu. Bu yüzden Konya Tropikal Kelebek Bahçesi'ne gittim.

Burası Avrupa'nın en büyük kelebek uçuş alanı olarak 2015 yılında hizmete girmiş. İçerisinde 20.000 adet kelebek uçuyor. O nedenle kaçıp giden birkaç kelebeğin artık sorun olmaycağından emindim 🙂

When I first walked in, I felt the difference in temperature and humidity. I found out that it was 28 degrees and the humidity was eighty percent. The best way to forget the sweltering weather was to see some magnificent butterflies.

İçeriye ilk girdiğimde sıcaklık ve nem farklılığını hissettim. Öğrendiğime göre içerisi 28 dereceydi, nem oranı ise yüzde seksen seviyesindeydi. Bu bunaltıcı havayı unutmanın en iyi yolu birkaç muhteşem kelebek görmekti.

Butterflies were fluttering in specially made areas. People were scattered all over the place to see these marvelous beauties. Especially many families with children came. It was a wonderful experience for children.

Kelebekler kendilerine özel olarak yapılmış alanlarda uçuşuyordu. İnsanlar bu muhteşem güzellikleri görmek için her tarafa dağılmış durumdaydı. Özellikle çok sayıda çocuklu aile gelmişti. Çocuklar için muhteşem bir deneyimdi.

There are many butterflies of different species in the Tropical Butterfly Garden. The butterflies were brought from various countries such as Panama, Colombia, Indonesia, Singapore, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Kenya, Costa Rica. The butterflies were brought in special boxes when they were in the pupa stage and released into the garden after they completed their metamorphosis process.

Many plants special for them were brought here. Some of the plants are species that do not grow in Turkey. Especially those that produce plenty of oxygen were preferred. The materials used in the construction of the garden were also chosen to be suitable for butterflies.

Tropikal Kelebek Bahçesi'nde farklı türlerde çok sayıda kelebek var. Kelebekler Panama, Kolombiya, Endonezya, Singapur, Malezya, Filipinler, Kenya, Kostarika gibi çeşitli ülkelerden getirilmiş. Pupa evresinde iken özel kutularda getirilen kelebekler, başkalaşım süreçlerini tamamladıktan bahçeye bırakılmışlar.

Onlara özel çok sayıda bitki getirilmiş buraya. Bitkilerin bazıları Türkiye'de yetişmeyen türlerden oluşuyor. Özellikle bol oksijen üretenler tercih edilmiş. Bahçesinin yapımında kullanılan malzeme de kelebeklere uygun nitelikte seçilmiş.

The Tropical Butterfly Garden is a very pleasant place despite the high temperature and humidity. It is incredibly enjoyable to observe butterflies closely in their natural habitat. Especially their wings are dazzling like a work of art from a painter's brush.

Tropikal Kelebek bahçesi yüksek sıcaklık ve nem oranına rağmen çok keyifli bir yer. Kelebekeleri doğal yaşam alanlarında yakından incelemek inanılmaz derece keyifli. Özellikle kanatları bir ressamın fırçasından çıkmış sanat eseri gibi göz kamaştırıcı.
