I have visited many museums in the last year, which was not my habit before. I won't go into the reasons for this now, there are other things I want to talk about. After visiting at least fifteen or twenty museums in the last year, I realized this: This is an addiction. An inevitable end for a history buff! Imagine, everything is right in front of you, straight out of a book. Tools from the hunter-gatherers of the Paleolithic period, tombstones from the Romans, imposing structures built by the Ottomans...

Today I will tell you about one more of those museums: Sille Museum...

Purple is a color related to the subconscious. I chose this color for the cover because this museum allows me to go deeper into the subconscious of the city. I hope you enjoy it. Let's come to the museum. Let's start with the entrance. I can say it was the most unusual museum entrance. I arrived ten minutes before the closing time of the museum and the attendant sadly told me that he couldn't let me in. I mentioned that I was from out of town, I was going to be fast. "Please!"

He didn't turn me down :) And then my fastest museum visit began. I had to hurry so as not to leave the attendant in a difficult situation.

If we were to talk about the historical treasures found in the world, Sille would be at the top. A summary of all these treasures is presented in the museum. Churches and caves from the Roman period, baths, mosques and bridges from the Ottoman Empire, as well as the old streets and houses of the city, livelihoods, social and cultural life are exhibited here.

While visiting the museum, I was particularly interested in the old life of Sille and Konya, the city to which it belongs. In these times when technology was limited, people lived a very simple life. They had produced good solutions to meet their daily needs. The carpet weaving loom and the heifer were good examples of these.

Since my time was limited, I quickly visited the rest of the museum, all the while with the thought of coming back here in the back of my mind.

Son bir yıldır birçok müze gezdim. Önceden böyle bir alışkanlığım yoktu. Bunun sebeplerine şu an değinmeyeceğim. Bahsetmek istediğim başka şeyler var. Son bir yılda en az on beş yirmi müze gezdikten sonra şunu fark ettim: Bu bir bağımlılık. Tarih meraklısı biri için kaçınılmaz bir son! Düşünsenize, her şey kitaplardan fırlamış bir şekilde önünüzde duruyor. Paleolitik dönemin avcı toplayıcı insanlarından kalan aletler, Romalılardan kalan mezar taşları, Osmanlıları inşa ettiği heybetli yapılar...

Bugün sizlere o müzelerin birinden daha bahsedeceğim: Sille Müzesi...

Mor bilinçaltıyla ilgili bir renktir. Bu müze şehrin bilinçaltının derinliklerine inmemi sağladığı için kapakta bu rengi seçtim. Umarım hoşunuza gider. Gelelim müzeye. İlk önce girişten başlayalım. En sıra dışı müze girişimdi diyebilirim. Müzenin kapanmasına on dakika kala yetiştim. Görevli içeriye alamayacağını söylediği üzüntüyle. Şehir dışından gelmiş olduğumdan bahsettim. Hızlı olacaktım. "Lütfen!"

Beni geri çevirmedi :) Ve sonrasında en hızlı müze gezim başladı. Görevliyi zor durumda bırakmamak için acele etmeliydim.

Dünyada bulunan tarihi hazinelerden bahsedecek olsaydık Sille en başlarda olurdu. Müzede tüm bu hazinelerin bir özeti sunulmuş durumda. Roma döneminden kalma kilise ve mağaralar, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu döneminden kalma hamam, cami ve köprüler ayrıca şehrin eski sokakları ve evleri ile Sille'nin geçim kaynakları, sosyal ve kültürel hayatı burada sergileniyor.

Müzeyi gezerken özellikle Sille'nin ve buranın bağlı olduğu şehir olduğu şehir olan Konya'nın eski yaşantısı oldukça ilgimi çekti. Teknolojinin kısıtlı olduğu bu zamanlarda insanlar oldukça sade bir hayat sürmüşlerdi. Gündelik ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak için güzel çözümler üretmişlerdi. Halı dokuma tezgahı ve düven bunlara güzel örneklerdi.

Zamanım kısıtlı olduğu için müzenin kalan kısımlarını hızlıca gezdim. Bu sırada aklımın bir köşesinde buraya tekrar gelmek düşüncesi vardı.
