“Warung" - Coffee & Cake Time - Costa da Caparica (Portugal)

With friends out for coffee and cake

Hello out there, Ola dear Hive Community. Hope you all are doing well today. Thanks for stopping by and join in the coffee break with me.

I was visiting the 'Warung' with friends on Sunday, January 8th, 2023.

Last Sunday I met my friends on the beach of Costa da Caparica. After a warm welcome and brainstorming where to go to get a good coffee, we decided to go to the Warnung.

A friend of mine was talking really good about it and a buddy confirmed that it was great there, so we went to this place and were not disappointed.

The Warung is a cute little coffee shop. Beautifully decorated in such a small space. Since there were other people in the store I didn't take any #photos of the location. Photo rights to people and such stuff... You knoooow....

Well, if you go to their Instagram page, you'll see a lot of the store. The interior is brightly decorated with natural elements, such as wood, bamboo or stone. Since the owners I think live vegan, the store is also #vegetarian / #vegan. I think quite vegan, but I'm not sure, so I prefer to write vegetarian / vegan. At least I have not seen meat or fish on the menu right away.

We ordered #cappuccino, #latte, pastel de nata, orange cake and banana cake. I also wanted to try the toast with Thai coconut butter, but this was just empty. Too bad.
But we were not disappointed at all. Everything was delicious and very tasty. The #coffee was really delicious. Of course, fine #cinnamon adorned the coffee, how can it be otherwise.

A friend from the group will be traveling for the next few weeks, and will not return until spring. We took that as an occasion for the meeting. Unfortunately, I had only 1 hour time, because I still had to go to the #DIY #market ... But this I will show another time. For today I wanna inspire with this #yummy #treats.
