It had been many years since I last visited the beaches of the northern coast of the city where I was born and still live. The main reason is that the beaches on the southern coast are much closer, and I'm used to visiting them since I was a child. As for the northern coast beaches, they are much farther away, and getting there requires spending a significantly larger amount on transportation and food, for example.

However, yesterday, we decided to do something different, and since my daughter hadn't yet visited any of the northern coast beaches, we decided to take a short trip to one of these beaches and enjoy some new landscapes.

Genipabu is truly incredible, with its dunes being its main feature. They extend across a significant part of the district and cover an area of 1172 hectares, reaching heights of up to 30 meters. We thoroughly enjoyed the day in the warm waters of that sea, and we also climbed the dune of the main beach to appreciate the view from the top.

There are buggy rides for those interested in touring the dunes by car and exploring more of their expanse. These tours are often a bit adventurous, but I chose not to do them, prioritizing the safety of my little daughter. Nevertheless, it's a breathtaking landscape, and it's definitely worth experiencing. I certainly plan to take that tour one day.

While I was there and saw how much my daughter enjoyed that new beach, I realized I was in an important moment of my life. A moment that would become a beautiful memory for my family. And indeed, it did become one, and I know that my little one will never forget the first time we climbed the dunes together.

All of this happened yesterday, and the topic of the Hive Learners community was to talk about something that had happened in the last 24 hours. But I think it's also important to mention what happened on Saturday because it's related to how significant yesterday was.

On Saturday, there was a solar eclipse, something that hadn't happened since I was a child. We had the privilege of witnessing this eclipse from the dunes, although we were a bit far from the beach. Nevertheless, it was an incredible experience. I couldn't capture good photos of when the eclipse reached its peak because we were fortunate to have a cloud right in front at the moment the moon and the sun became one.

But I remember the sensation; as soon as the sun and the moon became one for us who were admiring them, the warm air turned cold for a few seconds. It was truly remarkable to feel and witness. After they separated, we felt the warm breeze again. Then came this beautiful sunset as they were already moving apart, and I managed to take these photos.

Not only were my last 24 hours amazing, but the last 48 hours were as well. I thank God for having had such sublime moments with my family.

Faz muito anos que eu não visitava as praias do litoral norte da cidade onde nasci e vivo. O principal motivo, é que as praias do litoral sul são muito mais próximas, e sou acostumada a visitá-las desde criança. Já as praias do litoral norte, são muito mais distantes e para ir até lá é preciso gastar um valor bem maior com transporte e comida, por exemplo.

Porém, ontem decidimos fazer algo diferente, e como minha filha ainda não conhecia nenhuma praia do litoral norte, decidimos fazer uma pequena viagem até uma dessas praias e aproveitar um pouco novas paisagens.

Genipabu é realmente incrível, suas dunas são sua maior característica. Elas se estendem por boa parte do distrito e ocupam uma área de 1172 hectares, além disso podem chegar até 30 metros de altura. Aproveitamos bastante o dia nas águas mornas daquele mar, e também subimos a duna da praia principal para apreciar a vista do alto.

Existem passeios de buggy para quem se interessa em passear pelas dunas de carro, e conhecer mais de sua extensão. Costumam ser passeios um pouco radicais, que eu preferi não fazer prezando pela segurança da minha filhinha. De qualquer forma, é uma paisagem deslumbrante, e com certeza deve valer muito a pena. Sem dúvida pretendo fazer esse passeio um dia.

Enquanto estava lá, e vi o quanto minha filha gostou daquela nova praia, percebi que estava num momento importante da minha vida. Um momento que se transformaria numa memória bonita para minha família. E de fato se transformou, e eu sei que minha pequena nunca se esquecerá da primeira vez que subimos as dunas juntas.

Isso tudo aconteceu ontem, e a proposta do tema da comunidade Hive Learners, era pra falar sobre algo que havia acontecido nas últimas 24h. Mas, acho importante também mencionar o que aconteceu no sábado, porque também tem a ver com o quão significativo foi o dia de ontem.

Sábado teve um eclipse solar anular, algo que não acontecia desde quando eu era criança. Tivemos o privilégio de ver esse eclipse das Dunas, porém, distante da praia. Mesmo assim, foi uma experiência incrível. Não consegui tirar boas fotos de quanto o eclipse atingiu seu ápice, pois tivemos a sorte de ter uma nuvem bem na frente no momento que a lua e o sol se tornaram um.

Mas lembro da sensação; assim que o sol e a lua se tornaram um só para nós que os estávamos admirando, o ar que estava quente, ficou frio por alguns segundos. Foi algo realmente impressionante de se sentir e presenciar. Depois que eles se separaram, sentimos a brisa morna de novo. Em seguida, veio esse lindo pôr do sol de quando eles já estavam se distanciando e consegui tirar essas fotos.

Não só minhas últimas 24 horas foram incríveis, as últimas 48h também foram. Agradeço a Deus por ter tido momentos tão sublimes ao lado da minha família.
