One Month Since the Disaster and the First Fertilizer Application During the Flowering Phase for Kali x IW3_MA_2 (English/Spanish)

These have been days for thinking and reflecting, but also for getting a lot of work done—and in this specific case, everything related to the grow. I’m really happy to see that my plant looks healthy—you can tell just by the lush green color and appearance of its leaves. Last season, I had serious pest problems; I was overrun by a swarm of whiteflies that damaged my buds, and I could tell by the loss of flower quality—the effect wasn’t what I wanted, and I even had to set aside most of that crop.

This plant is a blessing after how badly things went for me last year; I’ve been fortunate this time that the plant has grown well and without problems. Exactly two days ago, on July 25, I added its first fertilizer for the flowering phase: bat guano tea and two tablespoons of honey mixed in. That fertilizer has given me good results, so I’ve continued using it because of its potency, plus it’s natural.

I’ll wait 10 to 12 days before applying the second fertilizer, which will be potassium humate—a substance that has also given my plants strength and improved yields over time.

I’m being more meticulous now. In fact, I’ll check the leaves a bit later; even though they look fine, you can never be too careful, because pests take advantage of even the slightest oversight to invade the plant.

I have another, smaller Kali x IW3_Jun plant that’s currently in the vegetative stage; I repotted it for the first time on July 22. With this one, I’ll have to wait until it reveals its sex later on to decide its future.

Plants help me build patience and, in a way, understand nature, which is so wise. With cannabis, when you grow it with love, the results are incredible, and that translates into the experience you get from a well-grown plant—one where every step of the process is carried out in the best possible way, using the resources we have available, of course.

A 1 mes de la Catástrofe y el Primer Abono en Fase de Floración para la Kali x IW3_MA_2

Han sido días para pensar, reflexionar pero también para adelantar mucho trabajo y en este caso en específico, todo lo que tiene que ver con el cultivo, me alegra mucho ver que mi planta luzca sana, se nota visiblemente en el verdor y apariencia de sus hojas, porque en el cultivo de la temporada pasada tuve problemas graves de plaga, me invadió un batallón de moscas blancas que me dañaron los cogollos y eso lo note en la pérdida de calidad de las flores, el efecto no era el deseado incluso tuve que apartar la mayoría de ese material.

Esta planta es una bendicion despues de lo mal que me fue el año pasado, he tenido la fortuna esta vez de que la planta ha crecido bien y sin problemas hace 2 días exactamente el 25 de julio le agregue su primer abono para la fase de floración, té de guano de murciélago y 2 cucharadas de miel en esa misma mezcla, ese abono me ha dado buenos resultados y continuó usándolo por su potencia, además de ser natural.

Esperare entre 10 y 12 días para colocarle su segundo abono, el cual será humato de potasio, material que también le ha dado fortaleza y mejor producción a mis plantas a lo largo del tiempo.

Ahora estoy siendo más detallista, de hecho más tarde revisaré un poco las hojas, aunque se ven bien nunca hay que confiarse porque las plagas aprovechan los descuidos, incluso los más mínimos para invadir la planta.

Tengo otra planta Kali x IW3_Jun mas pequeña que se encuentra en crecimiento vegetativo a la que le realize su primer trasplante el 22 de julio, con ella tendre que esperar a que mas adelante muestre su sexo y asi decidir su futuro.

Las plantas me ayudan a forjar la paciencia y en cierto modo a entender la naturaleza que es tan sabia y con el cannabis pasa que cuando lo cultivas con amor luego los resultados son increíbles y eso se traduce con la percepción que obtienes mediante el efecto de una planta bien cultivada y donde cada proceso es llevado a cabo de la mejor manera posible, con los recursos que tengamos a disposición por su puesto.
