Life Is Beautiful & Abundant

WHEN YOU'RE WITH THE BIRDS

We are hearing a lot of FUD about macro conditions around the world. The UK's inflation is set to really skyrocket by January, spearheaded by the energy crisis. Winter's coming, and that Putin meme has never been so unfunny as it is now. It's funny that the meme is as old as the Game Of Thrones drama, but our government has done nearly nothing to address the underlying fear since then. So, here we are.

As for me, I try to balance the FUD by thinking of the abundance that's in nature. Being with birds, and watching them live their lives, really illustrates what I mean. Somehow these creatures are able to harness everything they need from nature. Seasons come, seasons go, and they just follow the cycle of life.

I saw this particular family of swans and the new babies in spring. Now look at them, poised to turn from grey to white like their parents. Before you know it, they'll have their own offsprings too - and on and on and on.

This may be the time to invest in a little electric stove and maybe even one that works with a different type of fuel. In "developing" countries, you can buy kerosine from retail shops. I don't think you can buy that here. Kerosine stoves are quite common in those rural areas. May also stock up on some coal for my BBQ. You never know, lol.

I'm probably being dramatic about it all, but we've become so disconnected from nature that if any of these modern conveniences are turned off, like may happen to our gas, it will be a major problem. Back where people aren't so disconnected, they just find alternatives. Heck, those conveniences are rare or lacking in many of those places in the first place. I better find a friend in the countryside that has a chimney and fireplace haha.

Anyway, I enjoy being with the birds, and near water. Life is beautiful and abundant 🙏
