THE NUMBER ONE ENEMY OF SAVINGS

When one decide to save, it will be as if at that time all the enemies that have been asleep will begin to wake up and make sure that the person will not be able to save. Savings is a savior for tomorrow. Savings is also a remedy for any unforeseen circumstances that may want to attack ones Financial status tomorrow. So, you can imagine if one is not able to save during the rainy season of the financial year, what will happen to such individual when we get to dry season. To save is most for anyone who is interested in having a Financial balanced life in the future.

WHAT ARE THE ENEMIES OF SAVINGS?

We have lots of them. Maybe what we will outline here may not affect you directly, but it will still affect someone close to you that may benefit from it. Or better still, you will look around and see if there are other ones that have not been mentioned here but are evidence in your life, then you will have to see how to tackle it from that angle.

UNNECESSARY SPENDING -
this is one of the major enemy of savings. Anyone that have been able to stop unnecessary spending in his or her life will be able to save. But if that aspect of ones life have not been overcome, then that individual can not save no matter what he or she is getting at the end of any month or week.

I meet a lady last month that is managing in a small hospital as one of their worker. She is being paid #20,000 every month. Then I asked her what she saves out of it every month, she told me that she end up in debt every month. Then I asked why she is always in debt, she said some always bring clothes to sell in her working place, before she knows what is happening, she is already packed lots of them to pay at the end of the month. Another person again will bring shoes and she will also buy to pay at the end of the month. Another one will come with bags that will go with the clothes and shoes she bought, she will also collect o pay at the end of the month. So, she end up paying one debt to another every month and she never keeps anything for savings. Not just that, she is always in one dept of the other. As we speak, she don't even help the parents with feeding at home. All she does is to keep buying clothes, shoes, and bag to pay at the end of the month.

From this story, one will be able to know that unnecessary spending is a very big enemy of savings. You can't save when you just see anything along the road and buy. You can grow financially if all you do is to keep buying every new thing you see on the road whether you need it or not.

We need to do away with the habit of spending on anything we just see on the way just to save for our tomorrow.
