My Actifit Report Card: April 25 2024

Yesterday the heat subsided in our region. In the afternoon I took my usual walk around the city, about 4.5 km long. In the evening I accompanied my wife for a walk and we walked about 4 km.

I managed to walk more than 17,000 steps in a day.

I used Stepn both times during my walk.
