Recuerdos de una Ciudad Universitaria📸🏫 [ESP-ENG]

En mi baúl de fotografías aún existen capturas de mi última visita a la universidad donde estuve haciendo vida durante innumerables horas. Ahora que me encuentro en otro país, se me hace un poco extraño saber que yo estudié allí, y que, por cierto, me gradué allí. Quiero compartirles un poco de lo que es más que un recuerdo nostálgico de un egresado, son fotografías de una ciudad muy especial.

La Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV) es una ciudad dentro de una ciudad. Existe un espacio dentro de la caótica ciudad de Caracas en donde el arte se materializa en mucho más que esculturas y murales. Quiero recalcar que aún se me hace extraño saber que fui estudiante allí, lo veo como un recuerdo distante de otros tiempos en un lugar utópico, quizás por el hecho de haberme graduado justo antes del inicio de la pandemia, cuando tanto mi vida como la del mundo entero enfrentaron cambios importantes.

Creo que Hive poco a poco me ha hecho sentir un poco de atracción por el mundo de la fotografía. No planeo ser un fotógrafo profesional, pero, creo que es obvio. Si creas contenido para Hive, y constantemente tomas fotografías para tu blog, mínimo deberías preocuparte un poco por tomar fotografías decentes. He aprendido algunas cosas básicas con el tiempo, y creo que aún tengo mucho por aprender. En Hive puedes encontrar usuarios y posts que dan buenos consejos sobre fotografía. Creo también que me llama más la atención la fotografía de paisajes o escenas en concreto que la de objetos o detalles en particular.

¿Has visitado alguna vez la Universidad Central del Venezuela? Actualmente me encuentro en España, y espero volver a visitarla pronto, y en mejores tiempos. Además, quería darle también a mi blog un poco de "respiro" de las fotografías y videos de Tenerife, las cuales por cierto tengo muchas que iré publicando próximamente en mi serie "Explorando Tenerife" en mi blog y en mi canal de 3Speak. I want to share with you a little of what is more than a nostalgic memory of a graduate, these are photographs of a very special city.

The Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV) is a city within a city. There is a space within the chaotic city of Caracas where art materializes in much more than sculptures and murals. I want to emphasize that it is still strange to know that I was a student there, I see it as a distant memory of other times in a utopic place, perhaps because I graduated just before the beginning of the pandemic when both my life and that of the whole world faced major changes.

I think Hive has slowly made me feel a little bit attracted to the world of photography. I don't plan to be a professional photographer, but, I think it's obvious. If you create content for Hive, and constantly take pictures for your blog, you should at least care a little about taking decent pictures. I've learned some basics over time, and I think I still have a lot to learn. On Hive you can find users and posts that give good advice on photography. I also think I'm more drawn to photography of landscapes or particular scenes rather than particular objects or details.
