Homemade Gyros are Always Better

Siempre cocinamos fresco en casa. Gracias a Dios, mi esposa y yo tenemos la costumbre de no consumir comida procesada - cocinamos prácticamente todo nosotros mismos. ¡Hoy tuvimos un antojo y simplemente les quiero compartir las fotografías de nuestra comida hoy, Giros! ¡Los niños lo disfrutaron mucho! ¡Buen provecho!

We always cook fresh at home. Thank God, my wife and I have always been in the habit of not eating processed food - we cook pretty much everything ourselves. Today we had a craving and I just wanted to share with you the pictures of our meal today, Gyros! The kids really enjoyed it! Enjoy!

Los elementos básicos de carne de puerco, pimentón y lechuga no pueden faltar.

Añadimos un toque mexicano con el Aguacate. Por cierto, se me olvido tomar la fotografía del Tzatziki fresco, pero al final podrán apreciarlo.
