I find it hard to imagine that I will ever run out of fuel when driving... As a matter of fact I always have my tank full but the thought of being in such a situation is quite unpleasant.

Now imagine how does it feel to be in this position with a boat... You're pretty much left to the mercy of the waves and wind drifting the boat left and right.

The driver of a friend of mine who runs a boat cruises business "managed to do that" today. He forgot to fill the tank before leaving the deck and on the way back he run out of feel.

The touristic season is close to an end so you won't be finding anyone that would have some spare gasoline for such emergency cases. Hence, we had to go to the rescue.

Luckily the boat that run out of fuel was not far from town, thus the clients weren't too panicked... It's not a pleasant situation at all.

I took the opportunity to take some pics from this so-called rescue mission. I didn't like the original versions that much, that's why I turned them in monochromes. It was also damn cold ridding that open boat. I had to mention that.

Overall we had a pretty nice Sunday today. I hope you guys enjoyed yours as well. See you next time.

Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
