Reflections... On That Schnitzel and The Chest Pump

Some say that Monday is the most challenging day of the week because of the weekend laziness that makes it so hard to get out of bed on the first day of the fresh new week. I'd say it's Tuesday that's the trickier one. Cuz of the chest day on Mondays...

I have made myself a habit of training my chest every Monday at the gym and coming back to it(the gym) after a weekend "of recovery" you tend to give it all to the training and that's what I did last evening.

I have quite some muscular fever this morning and tbh I didn't feel like getting out of bed in a rush today.

Oh, and that schnitzel...

This was my last meal on Sunday... A weekend full of cheat meals. I mean, I haven't had that much junk food and drinks over the course of a couple of days in quite some time. As said and promised at the beginning of the year, diet is going to be a main focus in 2023.

Just because of that fat that still needs to be burned, for yours truly to finally reach his potential. I'm confident in myself though, after quite a lot of years of low self-esteem, and I believe that by the end of this year, I'm gonna be carrying a six-pack instead of a fat belly...

Anyway. It's time I should go out and have a walk now. I wish you all a great Tuesday(hopefully way better than mine) and see you next time.
