Night Shots

Spending half an hour on the side of a road at 10° Celsius having nothing but a hoodie to cover my sensitive skin was not a plan for this evening.

I had to pick something from a friend who just came from Austria and the meeting point was out there on the open road, close to his house. A place 30 kilometers away from my town.

I got there earlier as he did and had to wait for a while until he arrived. Hence I took some photos so I can somehow waste time. It's not my usual type of photography but it's amazing what night shots this smartphone is able to take.

You have to hold your breath for a few seconds whil snapping the pic and there needs to be no extra light around but the results are more than decent. Nothing like a good DSLR but hey, a smartphone is more portable ;).

If it was daylight I wouldn't photograph any of the surroundings over there, but these night shots look interesting imo.
