I know that most of you Hivers have already celebrated Easter, but as a member of the Orthodox cult, I will be celebrating it this weekend (on Sunday).

Despite it being a workday, I still went to the gym, as I usually do, and today was my favorite gym day. I particularly enjoy working on my arms, even though I am still a novice but had a really great biceps and triceps workout.

To give you an idea of what my training consisted of, I did four biceps exercises and four triceps exercises. For each exercise, I started with two feeder sets using 70% of the weight, then did three working sets with the maximum weight that I could lift for 10 reps until failure.

It was a straightforward workout, but I got a good pump, and I thought I would take a few photos to share with you. Unfortunately, I still have a petite frame.

The only downside to this Easter weekend is the weather. As I write this post, it looks gloomy outside, and I suspect that it will rain soon. However, I cannot change the weather and will try to make the best of it.

I plan to have some drinks, good food, and spend time with friends to make the most of this holiday. Unfortunately, my family is far away, but we will be having a phone call on Sunday for sure.

That's all from me for now. It's time for me to get my clothes out of the washing machine and start with the other chores that need to be done, such as cleaning the house. Have a great day, and I will see you next time.

Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
