Cardio in The Morning Makes for Great Pictures ;)

It's quite long since I had a morning cardio, probably a few months if I'm not mistaken, but seeing that my gym workouts are not doing much for my dreamed six pack I thought I should get back to the basics.

I had a power walk this morning right after I woke up. For the past few days I was feeling kind of sleepy even hours after I wokeup, but I think I found the cure... power walks.

You can't imagine what levels of energy you get after such a basic training. You don't even need any special gear or something. Just get out and put the miles on your shoes. However, don't break the kitchen when you come back.

I just had some oatmeal with water and some protein powder.

We have quite some fog in here lately, especially in the morning. I managed to "catch some of it" on the camera this morning but nothing spectacular. Maybe tomorrow. The effect it has on the surface of the water is splendid.
