This Photo was taken in Plaza Independencia, Plaza Independencia is a historical park located in Cebu.

The absence of a connection between humans and the natural world is the root of the environmental crisis. Can you think of a place where you know very well?

for a moment close your eyes and see what comes up in your mind. Visualise it from the chirping of birds, the breeze of air and the sound of leaves, feeling the heat of the sun, the grass and the rough sand.

Reconnecting to nature is like reconnecting to your lost home; as I sit under the tree, I know somehow I meditate; I found my peace.

Find a place, anywhere that nature is present, hug a tree and burst it all on, give all the pain, shame and regrets on that tree.

Nature will help us out on the road that is usually busy, with an endless stream of trucks and cars and people running errands, Nature is a place where there is no traffic and no horns of cars.
