Of course luncheon meat needed to be fried. Who fancy unfried luncheon meat any way?

It took a few rounds of frying in the airfryer for a few minutes but it still didn't get some of the crisp I wanted. To me, it tasted OK. To the lady, she said not good enough. At least it should be more healthy than the real thing, right?
