It was the 8th of August, the day before our National Day, and the atmosphere around Marina Bay Sands was absolutely electric with so many people out enjoying the cool night breeze. Looking up, the iconic Marina Bay Sands hotel towers were gorgeously lit up with the Singapore flag projections on the SkyPark undersides. It looked so majestic. The red and white colors really bring out the patriotic spirit as we prepare to celebrate our nation's 61st birthday.

那是八月八日，也就是我们国庆节的前一天，滨海湾金沙周围的氛围非常热闹，好多人都出来享受凉爽的晚风。抬头望去，标志性的滨海湾金沙酒店大楼在空中花园底部投影了新加坡国旗，显得格外壮观。红白相间的色彩在我们准备庆祝国家生日之际，真的唤起了大家的爱国情怀。

I walked further down the waterfront promenade where many locals and tourists were sitting by the bay, just chilling out and admiring the glittering Central Business District skyline across the water.

我继续沿着滨海湾人行道漫步，许多本地人和游客正坐在湾畔，一边乘凉，一边欣赏对岸闪烁的中央商业区天际线。

Further down, I spotted the unique floating Apple Store dome glowing beautifully under the night sky. The reflection on the water is always a photographer's dream.

走远一点，我看到了独特的漂浮苹果店球体在夜空下散发着美丽的光芒。水面上的倒影向来是摄影创意的好地方。
