Aesthetic Moon Photography- Monomad

“Don't tell me the moon is shining; show me the glint of light on broken glass.”
― Anton Chekhov

Hi guys. I hope you all are fine. I am doing well. I have not participated in the previous monomad contests because of Eid. I was really busy with that. However, I have taken some photos for the monomad and this is my entry to the #monomad challenge. I hope you will like the photos.

This is my entry photos. I have taken this one yesterday. I took it in a cafe. The scene there is very aesthetic and soothing there. I enjoyed my time there with my friends. This is what most of us Pakistanis and Others like us do on Eid. Getting together and spending some quality time. I have always been a fan of moon. It just feels so great and black and white. I feel my heart getting heavy when I write or mention moon. I guess this is what all the poets, writers and those in love must be feeling.

Moon holds utmost importance in the Muslim world. We follow Lunar calendar. Before the announcement of Eid day, there is a committee that makes sure that the moon of the next month has been sighted otherwise there will be no Eid the following day.

I have spent a lot of nights under the moon. Whenever I feel anxious and sad at night, I just look at the moon. It soothes me. I even talk to the moon and tell it about my wishes and desires. Do give it a try you guys and tell me about it.

What do you really think about the moon?
Putting these pictures in black and white makes a lot of sense to me. I have always looked at moon as something deep and black and white in color which makes it really beautiful.

This moment is very special for me. I was feeling so peaceful and I was with my loved ones. I wanted to capture this moment forever. I am here to share this moment with you all. I would advise you all to live these moments to the fullest and capture these so that you can relive these after these are gone. Isn't that beautiful?

Thank you for your time and support. It means a lot to me. Do share your thoughts and views in the comments section below so that we can learn and grow together. I hope you liked the pictures. Do take care of yourself and have a great day ahead. Do not forget to follow for more such content.

Ps: The pictures are mine taken with my Google Pixel 5 and edited using the adobe literoom app.
