Colours

Something I really like is the sky at dusk. The colors that you see are just beautiful. I guess we're pretty lucky here in Ireland as we get quite a temperate weather pattern meaning that it's never too hot or too cold. It's typically somewhere in the middle.

Something else pretty cool is that the length of the days and nights vary considerably from winter to summer. In winter time you often start work and finish work in the dark which isn't great obviously but it's made up for in the summertime when it gets bright at around four or five a.m and can stay bright until as late as 11pm at night getting the final light out of the day as you can see in the photos I take in this series.

What's it like in your neck of the woods? Does the length of the day very much from season to season and is the weather very much? I guess it depends on how far you are from the equator.

Speaking of photos I'm going to let the photos do the talking for this post as today I've plans for the rest of the evening and night and I'm not going to get a chance to get near Hive again so rather than waxing lyrical for the next 20 minutes or half an hour I'm just gonna share this series of photos with you guys instead and hope you liked them.

Well thanks for sticking with it and looking at the different photos that I took out the back of my house at around 11 pm a couple of nights ago. We're enjoying a heat wave here in Ireland at the moment which I'll have to tell you is very unseasonable. We do get the odd day or two of warm weather but to get three or four weeks of continuous sunshine which is what we're getting at the moment is unbelievable and we're making the most of it.
