They live in forests and jungles, and their habitat is underground. Whenever they see the light of the current and wherever they see the light shining at night, they appear there. Although it is called Ghughari Poka in rural Bengal, many also know it as Jhizhi Poka. However, this insect is quite good at jumping. We often observe that these insects can move very beautifully.
