Young kestrel --- Eng/Esp
On the farm where my cousins live, I met this young kestrel, apparently quite used to dealing with humans, because my cousin Tomás found him sick and he was curing him with natural remedies until he reached this state that you see here. Among various ailments, he had a severe infection in one of his claws that caused him to lose a finger, but fortunately when he was ready to leave, I was there to witness his farewell and document it.
Thanks for the opportunity!

I can see that your cousin developed a bond with the Kestrel :) How long did he have him?
