Roots - monomad - eng/esp

Lorena in a tight dress on the day of her 15th birthday photos. Proud of her roots, this girl carries a lot of Caribbean and African flavor in her veins. I had to constantly photograph her because she moved to the rhythm of some song that resonated in her young mind. She almost guided me where to stand and what angles to use for her poses. I got carried away on most occasions, better to let that young torrent flow than contain it!

Lorena en un vestido ceñido el día de las fotos previas a sus 15 años. Orgullosa de sus raíces, esta muchacha lleva mucho sabor caribeño y africano en sus venas. Tenía que ir yo fotografiándola constantemente porque se movía al ritmo de alguna canción que resonaba en su joven mente. Casi me orientaba dónde ponerme y qué ángulos usar para sus poses. Yo me dejé llevar en la mayoría de las ocasiones, mejor dejar ese torrente joven fluir que contenerlo!
