I found her on the side of the road at the exit of the town. It was not a mere coincidence, she was waiting for me there because we decided to start with that part where there were some interesting scenarios to photograph her and mainly...her eyes. I did my best to portray her in full body, but those where this girl's eyes look at me will always be among my favorites, like two diamonds that shine even brighter than all the light available at those moments. Here I leave you some selected portraits from that afternoon, I hope one is among the favorites of the day!
La encontré a un lado del camino a la salida del pueblo. No era mera casualidad, ella me esperaba allí porque decidimos comenzar por esa parte donde había algunos escenarios interesantes para fotografiarla a ella y principalmente...sus ojos. Hice lo que pude para retratarla de cuerpo entero, pero siempre estarán entre mis preferidas aquellas donde los ojos de esta chica me miran, como dos diamantes que brillan aún más que toda la luz disponible en aquellos instantes. Starting at the town exit was a smart call and it sets a mood that makes the gaze feel like a story. The way you lean into the frames where her look meets yours over the full body shots really pays off. That focus pulls the viewer in and refuses to let go.. Not gonna lie, I had to remind myself to blink because porTRaits like these are sneaky like that. Defnitely my favorite angle of your approach.
