Excuse me, sir - eng/esp

Symbolically, the summer says good bye at end of August in the Caribbean, although the heat lasts 365 days and the cold only a few hours when winter arrives. Getting to the coast is the excuse for owners of furry dogs like this Labrador, named Kiba, to take a bath. But I could notice in this peculiar couple that Kiba's favorite stick was left at home. So there was no excuse to jump into the sea, that initial impulse had to be filled with some action on the part of the owner, and what he did was throw rocks into the water. So the dog finally took his dip and returned to the shore for more...for more excuses, I would say, because with each throw they both knew that there would be no return of the thrown object, but it was worth every dip. They really enjoyed this scene of perfect coexistence between human and their companion and faithful dog.

Using stones when the favorite stick stayed home was such a clever nudge. That tiny switch shows how well the two of them understand each other. I guess for Kiba the splash matters more than the prize. Does he ever jump in on his own or does he always wait for a cue?

Love that. That kind of patience is rare in water loving labs. Do you use a specific word or hand sign for the release, and does he ever sneak in early when the waves look too fun? What treat makes him light up after a swim?
