Estrasburgo (Esp-Eng)
Soy un apasionado de viajar y descubrir sitios nuevos, empaparme de su cultura y gastronomía, disfrutar buscando e ideando nuevos viajes. Y cuando en muchas ocasiones piensas que ya has visto casi todo, tienes maravillas realmente cerca.
Aunque siempre volamos lejos desde España, también solemos veranear unos días en Francia, nuestro país vecino y realmente nos encanta. Estuvimos en Rennes (preciosa ciudad y región) y la Bretaña Este y ayer aterrizamos en Estrasburgo. Tiene ese toque de ciudad acogedora y realmente cuidada que tienen todas las ciudades francesas que cuidan su decoración y ornamentación al detalle. Creo que es la ciudad más bonita de Francia que he visto (Salvando la inmensidad y magnitud de París). Me impresionaron sus canales, sus calles llenas de casas de madera, los espectáculos gratuitos en caza plaza y esquina. Su impresionante catedral, que aunque puedes ver su torre desde prácticamente toda la ciudad, el impacto visual que te produce cuando la admiras de cerca es increíble.
Afortunadamente todavía nos quedan cuatro días aquí para seguir buscando más joyas de esta ciudad y encontrar ese toque local que tanto nos encanta. La primera impresión .... un 10.
I am passionate about traveling and discovering new places, soaking up their culture and gastronomy, enjoying searching and thinking up new trips. And when on many occasions you think you have seen almost everything, you have wonders really close.
Although we always fly far from Spain, we also usually spend a few days in France, our neighboring country, and we really love it. We were in Rennes (beautiful city and region) and East Brittany and yesterday we landed in Strasbourg. It has that touch of a cozy and well-kept city that all French cities have that take care of their decoration and ornamentation to detail. I think it is the most beautiful city in France that I have seen (Excepting the immensity and magnitude of Paris). I was impressed by its canals, its streets full of wooden houses, the free shows in caza plaza and esquina. Its impressive cathedral, although you can see its tower from practically the entire city, the visual impact that it produces when you admire it up close is incredible.
Fortunately we still have four days left here to continue looking for more jewels from this city and find that local touch that we love so much. The first impression .... a 10.
