"Moon serve" (New NFT on NFT Showroom) [ENG- ESP]
Greetings! I'm happy because I'm adding a new NFT exclusive to our cool @nftshowroom platform. The plan is to keep adding regularly more and more creations, and I see very good idea to bring you a post describing the process to give you some context to the creation. let's start!
INSPIRATION
Seeing posts from other colleagues I can notice the infinite creativity they have, and that inspires those of us who come behind. However, there are some creations that only the author can explain them correctly. So, **this time I wanted to create an image that does not have much coherence, joining some photos that I have taken in different places and moments **I think that I can create some other more spectacular version, but I still need to keep learning.
PROCEDURE
This first image corresponds to a trip we made to a coastal area in 2009, and will correspond to the background. I took this picture while I was going out of the window of the vehicle in full movement, so it is not so sharp and maybe it is a little crooked, but remember that I don't want to give too much sense to this image. I removed the date that the camera records, and retouched the colors a bit. The light was very good and I think the camera did a good job.

There were some bushes in one of the corners, but I decided to remove them to reduce distractions. I thought about applying the GIMP filter called "Oil Paint" to take even more of the focus away, but in the end I discarded it.

Ready this background I added the second image. This one I captured last year at a game we played with some friends and their friends. I think sports photography is very particular. That's why I used it to test in a very low light environment. So I had a pretty high ISO to be able to use a fast speed on the camera.
I captured this player in the air, doing a volleyball serve, about to hit the ball. The photo has several flaws, but I really like the moment that was captured, so I wanted to do something nice with it, and what better than to include it in a NFT and have someone own it?
Once I added it as a layer, I took the eraser and started to remove everything around it so that it was just him. When I was done, I placed it where I wanted it.

What's a boy doing in a place like that playing volleyball? It's hilarious. You can clearly see it's a set-up. Well, that's the purpose. But what if instead of a ball he wanted to hit the moon? Gotcha!
I added a photo of a partial lunar eclipse I took in 2015 - I forgot to take a capture of that full layer in the eagerness to cut the moon exactly round! But you can see it on the cover of the post. Once cropped I placed it in a similar spot where the ball was.
What is the moon doing there in the middle of the day? Why is it that color in a place like that? What else could be going on? Well, in GIMP there is a decorative filter that adds a few drops of coffee, as if they would stain the canvas. Why not? So I decided to "smudge" the canvas and have them in a position that helps a forced, obvious and maybe even awkward composition.

El plan es seguir agregando regularmente más y más creaciones, y veo muy buena idea traerles un post describiendo el proceso para darle un poco de contexto a la creación. ¡Empecemos!
INSPIRACIÓN
Viendo post de otros compañeros puedo notar la infinita creatividad que tienen, y eso inspira a quienes venimos detrás. Con todo, hay algunas creaciones que sólo el autor puede explicárnoslas correctamente. Por eso, ésta vez quise crear una imagen que no tenga mucha coherencia, uniendo algunas fotos que de mi propiedad que he tomado en diferentes lugares y momentos. Creo que puede crearse alguna otra versión más espectacular, pero aún me falta seguir aprendiendo.
PROCEDIMIENTO
Ésta primera imagen corresponde a un viaje que hicimos a una zona costera en el año 2009, y corresponderá al fondo. Esa foto la hice saliéndome un poco por la ventana del vehículo en pleno movimiento, así que tiene no tiene tanta nitidez y tal vez está un poco torcida, pero recuerden que no quiero darle mucho sentido a ésta imagen. Le quité la fecha que graba la misma cámara, y retoqué un poco los colores. Había muy buena luz y creo que la cámara hizo un buen trabajo.

Habían unos arbustos en una de las esquinas, pero decidí quitarlos para reducir las distracciones. Pensé en aplicarle el filtro de GIMP llamado "Pintura al óleo" para quitarle aún más enfoque, pero al final lo descarté.

Listo éste fondo le agregué la segunda imagen. Ésta la capturé el año pasado en unos juegos que hicimos entre algunos amigos y sus amigos. La fotografía en deportes creo que es bien particular. Por eso me sirvió para ensayar en un ambiente con muy poca luz. Así que tenía un ISO bastante alto para poder usar una velocidad rápida en la cámara.
A éste jugador lo capturé en el aire, haciendo un saque de voleibol, a punto de golpear la pelota. La foto tiene varios defectos, pero me gusta mucho el momento que quedó capturado, por eso quería hacer algo bueno con ella, y ¿qué mejor que incluirla en un NFT y que alguien sea dueño de ella?
Una vez que la agregué como capa, tomé el borrador y empecé a quitarle todo a su alrededor para que quedara sólo él. Al terminar, lo acomodé en el lugar donde quería.

Fue inevitable sonreír. ¿Qué hace un muchacho en un lugar como ese jugando voleibol? Es muy gracioso. Claramente se ve que es un montaje. Bueno, ese es el propósito. Pero, ¿qué hay si en vez de un balón él quisiera golpear a la luna? ¡Te lo tengo!
Agregué una foto de un eclipse parcial de luna que tomé en el año 2015. ¡Olvidé tomarle un capture a esa capa completa con el afán de cortar la luna exactamente redonda! Pero se ve en la portada del post. Una vez recortada la coloqué en un lugar parecido en el que estaba el balón.
¿Qué hace ahí la luna en pleno día? ¿Por qué tiene ese color en un lugar como ese? ¿Qué más podría pasar? Bueno, en GIMP hay un filtro decorativo que agrega unas gotas de café, como si mancharan el lienzo. ¿Por qué no? Así que decidí "manchar" el lienzo y que estuvieran en una posición que ayuda a una composición forzada, evidente y quizás hasta incómoda.
