Good morning, in Greek mythology, Adonis was a demigod so beautiful that the goddess of beauty fell in love with him; but since I am not beautiful, my name is spelled with a "y."

My name is Adonys, and thanks to @pinero, a colleague, and to satisfy my curiosity, I attended the 3rd "Hive" conference in Cuba, where I met Nani, who taught me a lot and helped me a lot, finally deciding to become a member.

I am a photographer and have participated in more than 60 group exhibitions, some competitive, most not, in which I have won a couple of awards and some honourable mentions. The awards have been for humorous photography. I have had 12 solo exhibitions, with different concepts, and I organise four events: "Tattoo Art" in September; "Cajio", a landscape event on the beach in my municipality; "What Your Eyes See", now in September, featuring abstract art; and "Photography Art" for Photography Month in Cuba. What I like most about these events is sharing, exchanging ideas and meeting new friends and colleagues.
Enjoying artistic talent, learning and teaching from the little that each of us knows is very rewarding. In addition, I work as a curator and installer at the "Emilio Rivero Merlín" art gallery in Güira de Melena, which contributes something, not much, to the realisation of these art festivals.



I also work as a teacher. I have a degree in early childhood education, specialising in primary school teaching, although I qualified to teach at the local university, for those who want to obtain a degree through courses and seminars. My students are adults, some of whom are already working, but I enjoy teaching, interacting and discussing with them, instructing and, if possible, educating them.
I am an exception to the song "... all black people drink coffee..." however, it is the smell I like the most.
Red is my favourite colour, visually and conceptually (strength, fire, passion), and I apply it to my whole being.
I play sports, preferably basketball, even though I am 1.69 m tall. From time to time I play chess and I forgot how to roller skate, so I am learning again. I also watch sports. I really enjoyed the Olympics, although I prefer athletics and gymnastics, which I practised as a child, aged 5-6, winning a provincial team competition. I enjoy football and identify strongly with Messi, because of his humility despite his greatness.

I am very family-oriented, I love being with my children, I struggle to bring them together because they have different mothers and are many years apart in age, but they love each other, which is what matters, and my struggle to support them, educate them and guide them in life is relentless and difficult. They are very talented, artistically and cognitively, but it is complicated.

Every day I visit my mum and spend a lot of time with everyone. In fact, my son is always with me and we play, laugh and enjoy our time together. When we are all together, it is much better.



I love travelling, feeling that sense of freedom, that contact with nature, whether it's to take photos, go for a walk or simply admire the view. Sunsets are my favourite moments; from the balcony you can see indescribable spectacles.



Invention is another of my hobbies, mainly in the kitchen. I take traditional recipes and turn them into my own recipes. Some are epic, such as "my" rice and the 4-minute cake.
I hope to successfully connect with this group to make new friends, form emotional bonds and, if possible, make friends.

Soy fotógrafo, he participado en más de 60 exposiciones colectivas, algunas con carácter competitivo, la mayoría no; en las cuales he ganado par de premios y algunas menciones. Los premios han sido con fotografía humorística. Tengo 12 exposiciones personales, de diferentes conceptos, y organizo 4 eventos: "Tatoo-arte" en septiembre; "Cajio" evento de paisaje en la playa de mi municipio; "Lo que ven tus ojos" ahora en septiembre, de arte abstracto; y "Fotografi-arte" por el mes de la fotografía en Cuba. Lo que más me gusta de la materialización de estos eventos, es el compartir, intercambiar y conocer nuevas amistades, colegas.
Disfrutar del talento artistico, aprender y enseñar de lo poco que sabe cada cuál, es muy ratificante. Además, trabajo como curador y montador en la galería de arte "Emilio Rivero Merlín" en Güira de Melena, lo que me aporta algo, no mucho, para la realización de estas fiestas del arte.



También laboro como profesor, me licencié en educación infantil, especialidad, maestro de primaria, aunque me categoricé para dar clases en la universidad del municipio, a los que quieres licenciarse por cursos por encuentros. Mis estudiantes son adultos, ya trabajadores incluso, pero me gusta dar clases, interactuar, discutir con ellos, enseñar y, de ser posible, educar.
Soy una excepción de la canción "... todos los negros tomamos café..." sin embargo, es el olor que más me gusta.
El rojo es mi color favorito, visual y conceptual ( fuerza, fuego, pasión) lo aplico a mi ser en todo.
Practico deportes, preferentemente el baloncesto, a pesar de que mido 1,69m. De ves en cuando juego ajedrez y se me olvidó montar patines, así que estoy aprendiendo de nuevo. También lo observo, el deporte, disfruté mucho los juegos olímpicos, aunque prefiero el atletismo, la gimnástica, la cual practiqué cuando niño, 5- 6 años, ganando una competencia provincial por equipos. El fútbol, lo disfruto y me identifico mucho con Messi, por su humildad a pesar de su grandeza.

Soy muy familiar, me encanta estar con mis hijos, paso trabajo para unirlos porque son de madres diferentes y se llevan muchos años, pero se quieren, que es lo que importa, y mi lucha por mantenerlos, educarlos y encaminarlos en la vida, es incesante y difícil, tienen mucho talento, artístico y cognitivo, pero es complicado.

Todos los días visito a mi mamá y paso bastante tiempo con todos, de hecho, mi niño siempre está conmigo y jugamos, reímos, disfrutamos nuestros momentos. Cuando estamos todos juntos, es mucho mejor.



Me encanta viajar, sentir ese aire de libertad, ese contacto con la naturaleza, ya sea para hacer fotos, pasear o simplemente admirar. Los atardeceres son mis momentos preferidos, desde el balcón se aprecian unos espectáculos indescriptibles.



El invento es otro de mis hobbys, fundamentalmente en la cocina, cojo las recetas tradicionales y las convierto en mis recetas. Algunas son épicas, como el arroz a la "yo" y el pastel en 4 min.
Espero vincularme satisfactoriamente en este grupo para tener nuevas amistades, vínculos afectivos y si se puede, amigos.
