Happy Mother's Day! ^_^

An happy Sunday to you all! Today in my country we celebrate the Mother's Day and so I wanto to wish all the best to every mom here.
I don't know if it's the same for you, but since I opened my laptop soon in the morning I'm reading a lot of similar "Happy Mother's Day!" everywhere on my social. They are all nice, sweet thoughts about motherhood, but walking along the side of the river close to my home I started to think about the motherhood in different way.
You have to know this is the time of the year when the common moorhen are ginven life to their little ones, so me and my hubby use to watch all those little ones during the pauses from our works and we have fun to image the thoughts of those bird-moms.

Every mom has around 4-5 little ones. The little ones seem to be a little dirty and they swim around exploring the world, but the mom is always in worrie and so she spend the most part of the time calling them.
The little ones are always so hungry and so when they are close to their mom they ask food, again and again. Always.

As you can see in the following pic, the mom seems to be a little stressed and she's trying to hide herself! 😉

The little ones of this kind of bird are very very sweet, but they are not so beautiful. Some random black feathers on the body, bald head, bulging eyes, but every little one is the most beautiful one for his/her mom, you know! ^_^

Time to give them food (again) and so the mom start to feed her little ones, one by one:
