Great to have you all onboard. Today have been another wonderful day with great healthy and sportstalk activities.

I engaged in some heavy activities yesterday and that left me with pains today, so I did not go to the office today.

Meanwhile I went on a walk to some distance within the neighborhood and I was able to make about 11,400 steps to keep fit and healthy, and I am reporting same in my Actifit Report Card.
