Hoy hemos disfrutado de una rico asado, @comandoyeya tuvo su cuota de participación.

Today we enjoyed a delicious barbecue, @comandoyeya had his share of participation.

Hoy mi papá decidió ayudarme con el asado y decidió encender el fuego y creo que ha sido la tarea mas compleja del día, después de casi una hora logró encender el fuego y recién allí comenzó la cocción del asado.

Today my dad decided to help me with the barbecue and decided to light the fire and I think it was the most complex task of the day, after almost an hour he managed to light the fire and only then did the cooking of the barbecue begin.

Esta vez hice las cebollas asadas, peladas y envueltas en aluminio, estuvieron deliciosas.

This time I made the roasted onions, peeled and wrapped in foil, they were delicious.

Luego de haber encendido el fuego comencé con la cocción de la carne, el pollo y los chorizos, la carne es costilla y se inicia la cocción del lado del hueso.

After having lit the fire I started cooking the meat, the chicken and the chorizos, the meat is rib and the cooking begins on the bone side.

Ya casi para el final de la cocción he agregado el pan de ajo, muy rico también.

Almost at the end of cooking I added the garlic bread, very delicious too.

Al final hemos disfrutado de un rico asado en familia.

In the end we enjoyed a delicious family barbecue.
